Payment:
All fees are referred to in DKK and are including 25% Danish VAT. All payments should be made in DKK.
Payment by credit card:
The online registration platform is a secure site. Payment by credit card is highly recommended as the registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (VISA, Eurocard and MasterCard) are accepted.
Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an invoice / receipt by email. The registration fee is deducted from your credit card immediately after your purchase.
Payment by bank transfer:
You will find the bank details on the invoice that will be sent to you digitally. Please make sure to transfer the registration fees to this bank account within 14 days after you have registered. Your registration is only confirmed once the registration fees have been received in full. Please note that as from the 12 June 2024 only payment per credit card is accepted.
Cancellation policy:
Full cancellation of your participation must be e-mailed to the EUROBIOFILMS 2024 Secretariat at
eurobiofilms@kongreskompagniet.dk or eurobiofilms@mci-group.com. Amendments should be made by contacing the congress secretariat by e-mail.
Cacellation fees:
• Until 26 May 2024 – Full refund less an administration fee of 150 DKK
• After 26 May 2024 – No refunds
